Using a combination of photography, found objects, generic images and hand-drawn illustrations, I repurposed photos to create new images, while sustaining the same thread of memory and sense of place throughout my composition.

My sense of place is informed by memories I have collected from each landmark. Transitioning from recognizable landmarks to generic urban and natural environments, my stream of consciousness materializes through words and ideas that I have come to associate with the spaces.

An abstract journey simultaneously weaving through physical spaces and intangible memories.
